Producer Sabino Leone says the Io Voglio ('I Want') is the oil for everyone. Created by combining oils from Coratina, Peranzana and Frantoio olives in carefully studied percentages, Leone calls it 'a very bright extra virgin, very suggestive.' This medium fruity extra virgin olive oil has a complex aroma with hints of green almond, apple, unripe olive and a light tomato leaf, and an aftertaste of wild herbs with a balance of bitterness and pungency.
